Critical: ProfessionalismAs a business owner I typically don’t leave negative reviews. While in the area working I called the barber shop to see if I could get my haircut. I was told if I got there in 30 minutes or less I could get a cut today. I arrived in less than 15 minutes, waited inside for almost an hour, then waited outside the shop for almost another hour just for the barber to tell me I somehow “lost” my spot. Totally unprofessional. In the future just be honest with potential clients. If you can fit in a client or if you simply underestimated the amount of time it takes to cut a head just be honest. Don’t lie and tell the client you didn’t see them. Our time is valuable as well. What a huge disappointing waste. I could’ve gone elsewhere. 0 stars nothing good about this place. I’ve only lived in Lebanon for a short time. There a very few barbers here. But there are no hood barbers that I’ve meet. I’ve taken my son to this barber several times. There’s been times that it’s closed for no apparent reason even though I’m there during their operating hours. You walk in either they know you and help you or they don’t know you and won’t try to help. Even though their website says walk-Ins welcome. That’s not too welcoming. The place is unsanitary and has a bad odor. To top it off my son leaves like I cut his hair. For $15 my son got his face cut up from the lack of expertise during his lineup, and a now messed up hairline. I will never go there again and I don’t recommend anyone to step foot in there.
