Came in to get a work physical on May 16th which I received they received my chest X-ray same week. Called to check on if my clearance was ready numerous times was told that they would call me when ready. Called spoke with Dr told her it’s going on 3weeks that I haven’t received my clearance, got a call same day from Sharon saying Dr was working on paperwork I could come pick up by the end of the day. Went to pick up they asked did someone call me to pick it up I said yes Sharon called me. She actually was in the office & remembered calling me but couldn’t find my clearance and stated the Dr was out of town they would email the Dr to have her email them my clearance so they could email it to me that was last week Tuesday here we are another week later I still have not received my clearance through any means. No phone call nothing this has been a major headache & dissatisfaction of service. Very unprofessional in my opinion and communication seems to be a major issue with this office. I will be calling again today let’s hope I can finally get my clearance which I paid for I wouldn’t recommend going here.

I love this place. I get my energizer IV drip here and my husband gets his vitamin C an D shot. They have also B12 shots and their prices are A lot more reasonable then most IV drips places out there. Dr Parks is a genuine caring person and she really know her stuff. Place is clean and your given an appointment and don’t worry your temperature and 02 sat get checked prior to walkin and she sanitizes after every patient so your pretty safe here believe me I take all that into consideration especially now with Covid19. But keep your immune system strong and check out this place honestly.
