Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy stylist, Mica Jay, was very professional, yet personable. She communicated with me every step of the way to make sure I got what I wanted and that I was satisfied. She was on time and multitasked efficiently. She definitely achieved the look that wanted and then some. Even though I would not have mind, I didn’t spend too much time in the salon. The Powder Room is very chiq and feminine! My stylist, Mica Jay, was very professional, yet personable. She communicated with me every step of the way to make sure I got what I wanted and that I was satisfied. She was on time and multitasked efficiently. She definitely achieved the look that wanted and then some. Even though I would not have mind, I didn’t spend too much time in the salon. Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI arrived on time … I wasn’t greeted ..I had to look for the stylist … the stylist said wait 20 mins ..never once apologized for the inconvenience… she was servicing three people at one time .
