I have been going to this salon for over five years, for my hair to be cut, colored, and styled. I am always thrilled when I walk out of the shop. After leaving, I always feel refreshed and a little more confident because of the way my hair was done. Every time I go, I enjoy the experience, the shop, and the staff. The staff is friendly, and welcoming. The shop is very clean and each month I look forward to seeing Lynn (the owner).

Update: I am changing my score from 1 to 4. I went back for a redo and Alberto (?) was amazing. He took the time to listen to my bad experience. He was professional in getting it resolved. He was flexible in when I could come back. He gave me a normal haircut and fixed the weird hair colors to normal highlights. He knows how to cut curly hair. I really recommend him. I wish my entire tip went to him.

My first and only time there I came with photos of what I wanted. I asked for one inch taken off, they took off 4 inches. The hair style wasn’t even close to what I asked for and it made me look 10 years older than I am. You know it’s bad when other customers and stylists are staring in disbelief!
