I have been going here since 2018. I can honestly say that this is the best place to get your nails done. It is very clean and it is a relaxing environment. Vanna is so nice! She goes over and beyond for her job and customers. She is amazing at doing my nails. She is an artist! She did this by hand! I have a huge poker tournament to go to with the league I’m in. I’m super excited to go there and with my cute nails!

I went to The Polished Nail in Estero for over a year. Vanna owned it and it was great. I hadn’t had my nails done in quite a while and went back on 10/20/22. Apparently it was sold and I didn’t know it. So disappointed. Tracy did my nails…sorry to say…worst I have ever had. Already breaking, cloudy, misshapen, and dust specs. Super disappointing. And so much more…expensive. Plus charges a 3.5% fee to use debit card. On top of price increases. Last time I will go there. Need to find a better shop. Sad…it was awesome. I would rethink this shop.

I’ve been coming to The Polished Nail for 7 years and it’s the best nail salon I’ve ever experienced. Relaxing! Lovely atmosphere, quiet music and NO TV’S! Like a SPA, clean, hygienic, professional. Kylie is the “new owner” (she bought about a year ago) and she knows everyone by name, impressive and a personal touch. I’ve had mani/pedi’s from almost all the technicians and everyone has been excellent. Highly recommend, you’ll never go anywhere else afterwards.

I came here to try the dip powder on my nails. The nail tech was excellent and educated me about the process as I told her I had never had the service done before. She ensured I was pleased with the nail art and color scheme. The environment was very relaxing with familiar classical music faves playing.

I never write reviews but I feel I need to. This was my first time in this salon, I had received a mani/pedi gift card from a friend. Although the owners were friendly, the nail tech was not. She made no attempt to interact and wasn’t pleasant, very awkward. I can deal with that as long as the service I’m getting is great but unfortunately it wasn’t. I was going to upgrade to gel polish on both fingers and toes but at an upcharge of $20 or $40 for both I changed my mind. I have gel polish and the light at home so I can do it myself, no big deal. So I went with a regular mani/pedi (of which I was charged another $5 to remove remnants of my old gel polish). The quality of this manicure is very shoddy…see images for yourself. I probably should have complained but I hate being that person, just won’t go there again. I’m very glad I had a gift certificate otherwise I would have been really let down spending $47 before tip.

I really enjoy going to this location. The location itself was convenient. The store itself was clean, and beautiful. The environment was very relaxing, which was what I needed. I had the pleasure of having Bill as the individual to do my manicure and pedicure. He was great! His stories of Vietnam, the war and his life is amazing. Do ask about it! It’s incredible.
