I’ve been coming to Polished for a few years now. Always love my experience. Pretty large nail salon. It feels pretty spacious. I have had to wait before, so I do avoid the heavier traffic times for them.

I will NEVER go back to this nail salon. I normally get my nails done every 2-3 weeks like I’m supposed to. I was in town for a conference and needed to get a quick refill. Everything you can think us went wrong to the point I had to request to speak to the manager to further assist me. The nail technician made my nails look HORRIBLE. They were all different lengths and some were super thin and some were really thick. To make matters worse the technician did not seal the nails well causing water to be allowed under the nail. Thank God I went to my normal technician back in my home city (3 days later). I had to soak them off and start over. Meanwhile my nails had started to turn green for lack of the nail technician not properly sealing the nail. This is how I learned she did di my nails correctly. Needless to say I will NEVER be back and will tell all my friends and family to not support this business.

Years ago and in another state, I found a gal that I absolutely loved. I followed her to a few different shops. Then she got her own shop. Naturally I followed her there. Myself and daughters always went to her shop. Her husbands job moved them to another state. I was so sad. I couldn’t find anyone like her!! I retired and moved back here to Texas. Long story short, I found out she is living right here in League City and her sister runs The Polished Spa. I really like this place and everyone seems so friendly!! But Kim is the best in my eyes. They make sure you are happy. I promise you won’t regret going there. And my girls really love this place as well

Edited Review 8/29- Just got in touch with Joe who said he was the manager same guy that Ive been dealing with the whole time him convincing me to do something else and then trying to make it right by commenting on here. Asking again how long dipped nails are supposed to last him replying up to 4 weeks. Well I went over the situation again. He started repeating what he told me 2 days ago and continued to raise his voice. Said he would only fix my chip nails not any of the other ones. And continued to raise his voice and repeat himself. Why would I ever recommend or come back here Beware of this sketchy busy. Joe you are the reason this review is here. You have no customer service skills and your neglect as a manager is unacceptable. why would you tell me to contact the office if you were going to do the same thing that happened 2 days ago.

I was there for two hours and fifteen minutes and my nails were in foil for two hours of that time, that is just too long! And she drilled ridges in my nails and the polish doesn’t even go to my cuticles. I now have to repair my nail beds, very angry about that and the fact I had to actually shape my nails when I got home, there were chips and they were uneven, worst mani/pedi I have ever had, jus sayin!

My favorite nail salon near my house. I personally know a lot of the technicians because they’re all close family friends. The nail shop is very clean and sanitary. They clean their spas after each customer use. The tools placed in an autoclave sterilizer after being opened from a new sealer. Polished Nail Spa has wifi for customer use and alcoholic beverages too! I know that most people get excited about.

Waited 20 mins past my appointment time. Asked to have my nails and pedicure done at the same time which didn’t happen. I have been growing my nails out and I told her not to cut them so she filed them all the way down… now they are way to short. Ughh I won’t be going back. Ohh and no massage with my $25.00 pedicure. Didn’t even put lotion on my legs or feet. I never get to treat myself and I was really looking forward to this. Don’t waste your time or money.

I and my friend had been talking about getting our nails done for a while, and she got off a bit later so we came here, as they’re open 30 minutes later than other places. I have never been here before and the ladies here were absolutely amazing. I showed a picture of the nail design I really liked and they turned out AMAZING. I will definitely be coming here again and the prices are really reasonable.

I like going here. I like the openness and space. Some places are just too cramped. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes. They have one person do all services unless you request two or unless you’re in a time crunch. I like only having to tip one person. Linda gives great hand and foot massages. I’ve had someone different every time as I don’t have a favorite and I’ve never had a problem with anyone or the job they do. My shellac manicures and regular pedicures last as long as you’d expect. Facial waxing I can take it or leave it but for the price it’s fair. I like that they have a points/reward system if you are a regular.
