Been going to the Polished Man in Merrimack for over a year now. Falicia has been my barber since day one and is always friendly, polite and professional. It’s obvious that she takes pride in her work, my haircuts are consistently great! Whenever I see the shop owner there he always makes it a point to great each customer as they enter the door. I am about to hit the 1.5 year mark at Polished Man. A lot of the reviews you see here will reference the appointments only model. In 2022, walk-in barbers of this quality are like finding a unicorn. If you want quality, you need to make an appointment. The staff are friendly, the music is good, and the skill level is high. I am very particular when it comes to my hair and Hannah has been knocking it out of the park since I moved to NH. These shops are geared more towards the 25-45 y/o crowd and that is okay. In this day and age, there is a barber for every personality type. These shops are a very inclusive environment, though. You get what you pay for, so mane an appointment and stop in!
