Critical: ProfessionalismWonderfully, knowledgeable talented stylist!! . However incredibly inconsistent, inconsiderate management. Has no regard for clients or their time. Mismanages the stylists schedule, does not answer the phone so that you can schedule, inflates fees without notice and will cancel an appointment you were confirmed for with 5 minute notice to your appointment. When I stated after the last most intolerable circumstance ( very last straw of having left work early for a confirmed appointment on a Saturday for an event I had planned that evening ,drove in holiday traffic only to receive a call 5 min before my appointment to be informed my appointment was canceled because my stylist was behind schedule ) that I would not be returning and requested information on my permanent hair color that was used. She disconnected my call and will not to me divulge my information. AVOID ANY INTERACTION WITH THIS OWNER/RECEPTIONIST /MANAGER) she has other ventures and treats this salon as a hobby. Clients exist solely at loyalty to their stylist, trust me I was loyal for many years. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI found this awesome stylist after seeking her out on FB.
