I’m only giving a 1 star because that was the only way too they made am appt 2weeks ago for my sister for 3/10/21@4:00pm we arrived and the shop closed no one called to reschedule her appointment or anything and her bday is tomorrow . How would u feel if that was u the day before your bday. Although business owner of plush experience it overall review for the experience of customer service rather it rented space or not your the owner that pays u booth rent which makes responsible for the overall experience because that a customer who your business number which llc or whatever you may have so don’t defend the the name . Because your brand defend the fact that one of your workers didn’t fall through with making for a potential customer who wasted there day may have to leave work early to comment to there appt which should been the same action of your workers. So you could have whom was she suppose to see talk to that about there overall customer for the license they hold you can’t book appt for someone and contact if something came about let be a little caring and professional have a blessed day and try to concern yourself with your customer experiences not to just your brand because u don’t how that affect someone’s day so it may be your fault but the person whom made the appt work for that establishment and they didn’t provide a great 1st experience overall

Nice laid back salon where there stylists are friendly and always smiling!!! It’s not like other salons where they stare you down or look at you crazy. The vibes were good. I went to get my lashes done once a couple months ago and haven’t stopped going back since! Deidre is the best!!!
