Absolutely incredible experience and even better results! I got my hair colored by Savannah and she provided me the results I desired, made me feel comfortable as a first timer, and was super sweet and personable! Originally I was booked with the owner of the salon, she called me a couple of hours before my appointment and said she had a personal emergency but she could book me with another stylist. I thought okay, that’s fine, as my roots were horrifying. The experience with the other stylist was good from an attentiveness perspective. However, she completely fried my hair off, the foiling was inconsistent, there are bleed marks throughout my entire head and in some places she left a lot of root. I do not recommend and will not return. It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review for the amount of money I paid.

I went to Platinum Blonde because I have just moved to the area, I booked with a level 2 to lighten up my blondes.. I was actually darker when I left. I should have learned my lesson, but I thought what harm could it be if she just covers my grey? Now invested, they’re not cheap. My level 2 came up with a plan full highlight then my Grey’s will blend. 3rd trip to implement the plan. Ok 300.00 later my hair is dark brown no highlights. I tell her it’s dark, she said because it is wet, when you get home it will dry and be blonde. It dried, still dark brown. I messaged her, she said I can come back in and she will explain it to me, not fix it, but explain to me. I would not go here, unless you are looking for extensions. They seem to do a lovely job with this. Don’t use the level 2. Be prepared to pay a lot and get a little. In total 900.00 for brown mousey hair.

I don’t usually go on and do any reviews but I just had to. Brittany (the owner) does a phenomenal job on my hair! When I walk out with my color, It lasts anywhere from 3-4 months without changing! Like that does not even happen at any other salon! That shiny glossy glow lasts! Other places I been to doesn’t even last a week. I don’t know what magic she does to keep my color bright for this long! This girl takes her timeeeee! Some girls just want to go in and out and start rushing their stylist, but a good and professional hair stylist will take their time. I’m sure they have a life too and want to go home, but instead she puts so much time and love in what she does. That just tells you enough! Her prices are high because you pay for what you get! I can go on and on about Brittany and what she created at the Platinum House! Trust me you won’t regret it!!
