Beautiful salon with very talented stylists! However, I am beyond upset that I paid $200+ dollars for a root touch, gloss and “cut”, which was literally just manicuring over the ears. My hair is very short, a pixie style, and to charge me $50 for a trim is just outrageous. Furthermore, it is the day following the service and my hair looks exactly the same as it did when I walked in the door – the gloss is worthless, my hair is still dry and damaged with split ends. Like I said, beautiful salon, etc, but prices are out of this world for VERY SHORT hair.

This review is a long-time coming. Morgan is absolutely fabulous. She is such an artist and perfectionist with my hair color and cuts. I leave with a smile all the time. The whole environment has a great positive energy. I am and will remain a long-term customer. I don’t even know where to start with this salon. First off, the space is absolutely gorgeous. So gorgeous I chose this salon as the space to get ready in the day of my wedding (I got married across the street at Mill One, so convenient!). The whole process of booking them was effortless. The owner Chelsea is incredibly sweet, attentive and easygoing along with the staff. You feel instantly welcomed and not judged unlike other salons. I had a consultation and then a trial run for hair and makeup and it went well. Chelsea and Kellianne were so accommodating and have such an eye for detail. The week of the wedding one of my friends and I got a spray tan by Kellianne and it looked so good! She made us feel very comfortable for our first spray tan. For the day of the wedding, Chelsea had champagne for us and made the space relaxing and chill. All of the wedding party’s hair and makeup looked amazing (Chelsea and Eliza did hair, Kellianne and Kate did makeup). I could not be happier with the outcome.

This was my first visit to The Plan and I felt very welcomed there. I had my hair cut and styled by Jenn and I love it!!!! Jenn took her time and I felt very pampered and it was just what I needed. Jenn is a very skilled and creative hair stylist and I would definitely recommend her. ♀️
