Purchased a wig from Jaimie. It was not new, it was a display piece. Went home and tried it out a bit and the cap was way too big, not just a tightening issue. My head is small and the cap was severely poofy. Went a day later to return it and was told they can’t. I asked why because even when you buy from someone online, you get at least 4 days to try it and a full refund. I was told there was a sign somewhere that I didn’t see that states no refunds. This should have definitely been explained to me as I surely wouldn’t have dropped that kind of cash especially on a used hair piece. Bad bad hidden business policies! Do NOT buy from here…get your pieces online, so if you’re not happy, you can get refunded!!

Critical: QualityI had an appointment the other day to get my hair cut & left with it looking the exact same. I think MAYBE I felt an inch off. I didn’t receive an offer to get my hairwashed, ( thought that was a given anyway) the girls’ hands seemed shaky so I don’t know if she was new or what. I had layers going in and now it looks all one length. I asked for a specific cut and as mentioned, left with looking like I never walked in. IShe never handed me a mirror so I could look at ALL angles of my hair nor turned me around, therefore I didn’t notice until I got home even though I had suspicion that it wasn’t a very good job. She tried curling my hair and I could tell just by sitting in the chair that it seemed as if her curling iron was on extreme low heat or had it already unplugged and it was cooling down, it really did not curl my hair at all, and my hair curls just fine. Management was notified the next day (because this haircut was already at the end of the day) and she made it almost seem as if it was my fault that my hair was not done properly. I have tried this place twice ( first time was a few years ago) and I had a poor experience then too. In area working with my husband and needed my hair done and thought this place would be decent by looking at website. The stylist did a awful job on my hair!!!!!!!!!!! Got a pedicure and was not impressed at all! I would not go back to this place at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
