I used to get a decent haircut here at a great price. Unfortunately, Kim, the manager, who cut my hair for many years, retired recently and the shop has new management and all new stylists. They remodeled the shop and doubled the prices. I went to get my hair cut by Lisa. I told her I didn’t want it short in back. She was argumentative and rude and cut my hair in a bob, very short in back, and very ugly and flap-,like on the sides, which is not what I asked for. My hair is very fine (but thick) and curly and grows very very slowly. The back was layered up so high it will take at least 9 months or more to grow out again. It is now very frizzy and thin in back. It is awful. I went somewhere else to try to get it fixed. The stylist did the best she could with the front and sides, but nothing could be done about the back because it is too short. I am going to have to keep getting the front and sides trimmed until the back grows out. I am very unhappy and will never go back there again.

Charged me extra 10 dollars for women’s basic cut. 40 dollars for a haircut?! And the minimum choice of tip is 25%. 50 dollars. Well done. I usually go to this place because it’s not that expensive. Will never go there again.

Charged me more than agreed upon price, didn’t even do all services requested. The owner is a scammer. Only good if looking for buzz cut. They also do not honoe the new customer discount as advertised instead will add additional charges with no explanation. Not good business ethics

At $11 price point they provide the Perfect Cut for men. Usually there is waiting, but its minimal as there are multiple hair stylists. You need to enter your name in the register once you’re here to be on the wait list. They are quick in service and professional. Credit cards are accepted here but bring some cash to tip them as the tip cannot be added on card payments.

Very upset. Sign on window says $11 Haircuts……$10 (Kids age less than 8) My daughter is 8. When it came time to pay for my daughter’s haircut the bill was $15. I stated it should be $11 because she is a kid and she is 8 years old. I was told they get this confusion often. They said because she is a girl it is $15. Why not put that in big writing on the window then? No answer. And when does turning 8 years of age disqualify one as still being a kid? Unfortunately, I had to use all my tip money toward letting them rip me off. At the end of the day, the owner has just opened himself up to a gender lawsuit and his hard working hair stylists miss out on tips.

Great efficient service with no unnecessary frills. A very friendly and professional staff. They do take credit cards but you can’t add tip on their machine so I’d recommend bringing some cash to leave a tip.
