Love this place! I walked in with no appointment and realized walk ins werent a thing. There was luckily a cancellation that Renée was kind enough to let me take instead of ending the day early. I wasn’t sure at all what I wanted but I needed cute nails for a wedding I am in. I showed her pics of my shoes and dress and she came up with a beautiful design and style. She was patient and fun and I love her creativity. The other ladies were also engaging in conversation with everyone. Just a great atmosphere. Highly recommend and will be going here whenever I need nails done in the future. The pricing was also so reasonable! Make sure to bring cash!

Additionally she educates me about what’s best for my nails and truly cares about making sure my nail health is priorty. I truly appreciate that. Critical: ProfessionalismSo disappointed in this place. I’ve called several times and communicated through instagram and no one reached out to schedule an appointment. This has been going on since the last week of November. I only reached out because the reviews are so amazing. As a business owner myself, I would never leave a potential customer hanging for not even a day, never mind a month. I wasn’t going to even write this review until I saw my last instagram message was seen and no one even bothered to write back. How awful to treat a potential good and loyal customer. I understand the holidays are hectic and maybe it had something to do with COVID but if so, someone should have said something. I guess my money isn’t worth anything here so I’m sure it will be someone else.So disappointed in this place. Renee is great, she is hysterical and does nail art by hand. The price is great and they keep their place very clean. I’ve been to many nail salons and honestly this is the only place where I’ve had a pleasant experience every time I went!
