This place is so beautifully and tastefully designed. From the second you are outside the persian jasmine to when you enter is all so magical. They have a nice pool, restaurant, someone playing live harp (i mean common when was the last time you saw someone playing harp) and also spa facilities.

Based on the bad behaviour I experienced from one employee when I was endorsing the restaurant, the rooftop garden. If I ever decide to get a spa service done, I Will choose to make an appointment at any other spa in the Beverly Hills or Los Angeles area, maybe at the Beverly Hills Hotel Spa or maybe anywhere else. Due to the poor behaviour of that Hispanic receptionist/front attendant who practically stalked and kicked my friend and me out of the restroom when I was a paying patron of the rooftop garden restaurant. She called security on my friend and me. This hotel will be hearing from my attorney.

I go to spas quite often & this is one of the best, if not THE Best spa experience I’ve had to date. The 2 front desk attendants were very nice, professional & accomodating. Erick at front desk was very knowledgable about the skincare line & very helpful and sweet. My facial was amazing, massage was amazing, & the therapists for both services were very good at what they do as well as nice. The spa manager was amazing. Lastly, I left a diamond necklace in the locker room, returned after 1 hour & it was still there, so that goes to show that the staff is extremely honest.
