I have had several appointments with Velma at the Payne Center. I’ve had great results with Velma’s technique to the point that my appointments are weeks apart and I’m only going for 15 mins for maintenance! This is great news for me but also sad because Velma is such a wonderful person, I miss seeing her more often. Before I chose to schedule my electrolysis appointments with Velma, I did my research and there’s no one else in the Tri-Cities with more experience, knowledge and if you listen to what she says there’s no doubt you will have the same success as I did. I was cautious because of the negative review. I looked at the person’s other negative reviews and made the assumption that I could disregard the negative review. I met Velma after she answered all of my questions through personal texting. Her office was clean and organized. She did wear gloves and took sanitary measures as she inspected my face. Velma explained on a chart the process of hair growth cycles and what her goal would be and what to expect during her treatments. I am very excited to get started and hope I can post before and after pictures. Also, she was very comforting. This can be a deeply personal issue and somewhat embarrassing and I felt completely at ease. Please don’t let one bad review from someone who’s other reviews are negative as well deter you. I want to add she was recommended by my physician of 20 years and I trust his recommendations
