I am a licensed massage therapist dedicated to improving people’s lives through therapeutic touch. Whether you are dealing with chronic pain, sporadic pain or just in need of relaxation, I would love to improve the quality of your life. I named my business The Pause of Massage because so often we don’t allow ourselves the time to take care of ourselves and just taking a “Pause” can provide exactly what we need to keep going, do more and feel better. My schedule changes from week to week but I offer appointments 7 days a week and have daytime, evening and weekend hours available.
