I have been in here multiple times for pedicures and cuts and color and mostly they have been good experiences. Recently though the owner left burns on my scalp with bleach and would not accept any responsibility for it. Joni actually wouldn’t even stop talking long enough for me to explain it to her, I will not be returning after being disrespected because many people can do hair and make you feel like an appreciated customer.

This was my first shellac experience and only my second pedicure, and now I know why they are so popular. Jess is very nice and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions so she explained why she does each thing the way she does, and I was very impressed. My nails look great and paid a very low price! What a cute little hometown salon with a touch of spice and class. Joni fixed my hair emergency and calmed me down while making my hair “normal” yet again. Staff is friendly and courteous. Great shopping for unique gifts and clothes too. I will be going back.

I scheduled my first appointment about three weeks ago and I got my haircut and colored it was terrible the blonde was yellow and the cut was uneven. I told her it was uneven so she fixed it supposably but when I got home I notice it was still uneven. So I called to make another appointment to fix it. They charged me $80.00 again and it looks even worst still yellow and now the red I got is now orange it took her 3 hours and 45 minutes and it still looks terrible.
