My experience was Fantastic..left feeling BEAUTIFUL ! Alyssa ALWAYS does a wonderful job with my hair color/cut/styling needs – a TRUE ARTIST! Even more important was seeing another stylist Going ABOVE and BEYOND with a mature client!!! This stylist went as far to help the client as she was walking in!!! Last but not least the Receptionist Amy – she makes EVERYONE feel like a V.I.P !!!

I was nervous going in to my hair appointment. I needed to switch stylists since mine is over an hour away and cutting back her hours. Maddie was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She listened. She gave great suggestions based on my hair type. I will be back! I am so happy I found this little gem in Victoria!

I’ve worked as a receptionist at a salon before, so I completely understand mistakes happen when it comes to scheduling. I also saw all of the amazing reviews and was genuinely excited to give them my business! However, I feel really disappointed with how I was cared for. I’m in town from LA and called on a Friday to see if they could schedule me for a facial. I asked simply when the next available appointment was and that seemed to really perplex the receptionist. Luckily though, there was an opening the following morning. I confirmed the time twice and hung up. The next morning, there were no available Uber’s, so I biked in a giant thunderstorm in order to get there by 9am. Walk in, was barely greeted, wasn’t offered a beverage, and was sitting there soaking wet (no offer for a towel). The receptionist said the esthetician hadn’t arrived yet. I waited another 10 minutes until it was discovered I had been booked for a random day the following week. When I booked the appointment, it was very clear I was only in town for a limited amount of time, so I don’t understand how she got the dates so confused. I was offered another appointment in several days, but I felt hesitant to come back.

My new favorite salon!! I brought my daughter in for a birthday manicure and saw Jessica M. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had the best experience possible. She was so friendly and professional, and really took her time; adding all sorts of embellishments to her nails, explaining everything to her, and making her feel super special. My daughter was over the moon with the results, and the price was more than reasonable. Facility was clean and super cute inside. We will be back!

My experience was amazing! My mom went in for a gel manicure and I had to get in the next day because she loved it so much. We are very high maintenance clients, and we loved the staff and salon it was great, clean and wonderful atmosphere.

Friendly and professional service. Salon located in the heart of Victoria providing full service. Parking is available nearby and within close vicinity. Salon is clean with a comfortable cozy ambiance. Booking available online. Had a brow service with Ali, I will be returning for that and lash lift and tint. At no point did the atmosphere or staff make me feel out of place or uncomfortable. Happy to have found this salon

I don’t typically write reviews but I was so impressed with this salon. I’ve had a couple bad experiences with color in the past so I was a little nervous. I wanted to go from an ombré color to a more even, overall highlight look. I wasn’t sure whether it was possible but Beth listened to what I was looking for and I couldn’t be more happy with the results! I would highly recommend!
