This is the BEST salon around. From the moment I walked in I knew I was in a high end salon. The staff was so welcoming and the salon itself is beautiful. I have long, thick (colored) blonde hair and this salon is the reason it is so healthy. My stylist is so knowledgeable and I love the products they use.They have my business for life!

Positive: ProfessionalismGood haircut – pixie. Always, ALWAYS ask how much it is going to be ahead of time. Super short hair has to be maintained often. Seventy some odd dollars plus tip every 4 to 6 weeks is out of my league. I wanted to love this place, but I just can’t do that! I repeat. Always ask what the charges will be.Service: Haircut

Critical: Quality, ValueI really wanted to like this salon. I do not have thick hair and the stylist texturized my hair, thinning it by half. On top of that, my bill was a little over $300. I should have inquired about the price before hand, but it was a shock nonetheless. I had to go to another salon for them to begin fixing the damage. I really wanted to like this salon. I do not have thick hair and the stylist texturized my hair, thinning it by half. On top of that, my bill was a little over $300. I should have inquired about the price before hand, but it was a shock nonetheless. I had to go to another salon for them to begin fixing the damage. Positive: QualityI absolutely love The Parlor! Susan has been doing my hair for years and she always gives me a better cut/color than I expect- it’s always amazing! She is truly a talent and a delight to sit in the chair and talk with. The environment is like a spa- relaxing and beautiful. I highly recommend to anyone!
