I booked four days in advance. Hair stylist told me she needed to push the appointment for an hour later. I got there when she asked. Waited another 20 minutes and still no service. What really got me was when I got there. I got my hair stylist name wrong by mistake (it was my first time) and the receptionist assumed I was in the wrong salon. I honestly felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman trying to buy a dress I wasn’t good enough for. Definitely won’t be back.

I have been fortunate to have gone to some elite places and seen award winning stylists. But I’m here to say that Selby did not disappoint! She is absolutely wonderful to work with. She takes her time, is detailed and meticulous. Not only is her work beautiful but she is so warm, sweet and welcoming.
