i look like a clown with the colors i ended up having. understanding i had red underneath but the brown my stylist chose ended up having my hair look orange and so brassy! it looked okay walking out of the salon but just ended up having multiple people asking what happened to your hair?! really sucked. now another $150 to get this somewhat fixed

Called to make an appointment for the 3 of us and nobody answered. The voicemail stated that it may take a few days to hear back from the owner so I left a message with my call back info…it’s been over 2 weeks and still no call back to schedule us. We got in right away at a different salon in town.
