Monica at The Parlor Downtown is AMAZING and works magic with hair! Having blonde and naturally curly hair, I’ve had my share of brassy tones and bad cuts in the past, but not with Monica. I’ve been going to her for 7-8 years now and I have such confidence in her that I just go in now and tell her to do what she wants to do with it. She knows me well enough to know that I don’t want a certain length, color, etc., but honest enough to make recommendations that will look good even if I don’t have the vision for it. She is the best!!

I did a Keratin treatment with Monica. Was it a lot of money? Yes. Was it totally worth it? ABSOLUTELY! If you are on the fence about trying a keratin treatment, please do yourself a favor and just do it. I followed the easy instructions she gave me for after the treatment and I am loving my hair. I used to always wear my hair up and I am finding it’s down way more than it’s up. No frizz and so much easier to manage and style. Monica is the best.
