I’m so amazed with how good Michelle did!! These are my favorite set of nails I’ve ever gotten and I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 17 and I’m 22 now! I HIGHLY recommend this place!! It’s worth the wait time if you do a walk-in but if you schedule an appointment, they help you a lot quicker. If you go, ask for Michelle in number 6!! She is a PRO! Definitely will be coming back!

Today I got my nails done here at Alpha. My experience was extremely professional and I love my nails. I had the pleasure of working with Michelle who was my technician, she did an exceptional job at making sure I liked the work she was doing. She was also extremely friendly and talked with me almost the whole time! I had called a made an appointment a day prior and was seated after waiting less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!!

I went in with a really messed up toenail. Super self conscious about it and putting it off. Everyone was super friendly and even got a different person to help fix my toe. This is my second time going for an eyebrow wax and this is the first time I’ve experienced horrible waxing service. It wasn’t until I left that I saw that the eyebrow technician tore off some of my skin and now I’m in pain whenever I lightly touch them. I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed so many times and this has never happened before. I will not be going back to this place again.

My daughter and I went in today I got a full set manicure, and she got a gel pedicure. So we were separated on different parts of the salon, when I looked over, I saw her with an apple juice with a straw and a pillow, she said she received an amazing massage with hot towels and her service took just as long as mine! My nails turned out great, and so did her toes, but what meant more to us was the customer service and the time and care they took on even my six year old daughter‘s toes! She thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and she hasn’t stop smiling sense!

I called this place and asked if accept walk ins or appt since needed two full sets and two pedicures. She said better appt but do accept walk in’s just have to wait. So I made an appointment for the next day and I received a confirmed text that said appt will automatically cancel 10 minutes after the appointment if not checked in. Appt was at 12:30 got there @12:43 coming from Kyle. We get there girl upfront tells me our appt was cancelled so I said okay well we are here as walk ins. She said she has nothing available til 3 pm the place was empty no waiting. She didn’t take us, We had to go somewhere else. It was also my Birthday. So disappointing!
