I absolutely loved this place. I saw some reviews prior to going to this place and although some comments were negative, I decided to go anyway due to a friend recommendation. Some of the negative comments are about the tips and them forcing to give tip, however they’re prices are relatively low that it justifies the reason for the tip. I particularly don’t mind it because I feel like I get what I pay for. I’ve gone to many other spas but this was is by far one of my favorites. They have private rooms and they can do foot only if you wish, and it’s relaxing. The set up is nice compared to other places charging the same.

Very clean, and stays nice and cool with good air conditioning. Everyone is very polite, everyone must still wear masks inside as of this review date

Forced to give more tip. It was very poor experience. I have paid my full massage fees. then I also gave proper tip but it appeared that it was not enough to massager & receptionist. They asked for more money. This happened all the time when I went for massage at this place. now I do not prefer this place.

Forced to give a minimum of $10 tip even though the service I received was only worth around $45. The person who massaged me even asked the receptionist to WATCH ME to make sure I pay *enough* tips. What a creepy place!

My husband and I went for a 40 min body and 40 min foot massage. We had a poor experience. We had booked our appointment 2 days prior and had asked for two women massage therapists. After our body massages, I was told that my therapist had another appointment so we’ll have to make do with one male therapist (it seemed like there was no way out cause we had to pay upfront before the session). The massage itself wasn’t great – we both feel more knotted and hurt than before the session.

Massage was worse than average. To my surprise they forced me to pay $15 as a tip. They dont tell you that upfront that tips are mandatory and also there is a minimum tip.

My body was really beat and needed a massage badly. My regular masseuse was closed so I found this place on Groupon and Yelp. I was so impressed I came back again and again, so far 4 times and stopped going to my regular masseuse. Prices are crazy cheap here so I tip high cause I know the employees probably don’t get paid much. Ask for Rose. I think the prices are set low on purpose so please be ready to tip generously (they only charge $60/hr.!) My next best massage was the Venetian at $120/hr. so go figure!

The massage therapists are very good and friendly. I have been there twice and both times my massage was excellent. The only issue I have, which I encountered the second time, was I left a $5 tip for the therapist and the lady at the front points to a sign that has suggested tip values. I told her that’s what I wanted to give and she started arguing with me and wouldn’t take the money. She said you had a long massage it should be more. I literally had to tell her please give this to the man and left the money on the desk. Since when is it acceptable to demand a tip, last I heard a tip was optional. I really enjoyed my massage, however I think $5 is an acceptable tip. I don’t have a money tree in my back yard. I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the rude receptionist. You don’t demand a tip from someone. I will definitely not be coming back now. She made me feel totally uncomfortable.
