Critical: QualityI was looking at Groupon for haircut coupons for my daughter. She usually gets her hair cut at Cheeks Academy,$10 for wash, cut, and tip! They always do it exactly how she asks. Because of Covid 19, they couldn’t reopen when other businesses did as they are a school. I found the Groupon for thispthis It was for Jodi, so I looked at the reviews. They were all horrible! But then I found one for Jess, who got great reviews and I bought it. After leaving countless messages for Jess to call back for an appointment, Jodi called my daughter and said that she didn’t think Jess would be returning her call. She said that she could do the cut instead, so, because the bad reviews for her have been mostly on how she conducted herself during haircut, and not so much because of the haircut itself, my daughter made the appointment. At the time of the hair cut my daughter’s hair was still wet when she left and she thought that it was done the way she had asked. The next day she was near tears because her hair was so completely wrong. I was looking at Groupon for haircut coupons for my daughter. She usually gets her hair cut at Cheeks Academy,$10 for wash, cut, and tip! They always do it exactly how she asks.
