Friendly staff & cozy rooms, Xiaohan/Chloe/Joey r always helpful with recommendations & questions abt their different treatments. They r never pushy with their packages or their products. I had a pedicure in this place. There was one customer when I entered, and I was seated next to her. The two emplyees working next to each other spent most of the time in loud communication in a language neither of us customers knew. It was very disturbing. One of the two had a shrill piercing laugter that cut the air like a gunshot, and it was repeated all the time. The lady who was treating me paid 80 % of her attention to her colleaque, including eye contact, and whatever was happening to my feet were a minor issue for her. We customers could as well been cardboard boxes or woodblocks for the way we were treated. Their menu says scrubbing and massage are included. The scrub took less than a minute, and so called massage was a quick spread of cream.

first time in 30 years doing a full facial in Singapore. had not traveled since the pandemic started so had a lot of untreated mask-wearing and sun damage to my skin. had the Glow III facial with neck, shoulder and back massage thrown in. didn’t know what to expect and didn’t know what was put on my face at all but didn’t really care because the whole experience was so relaxing and Chloe was so good with her hands. she was also very professional, explained clearly what she was doing and recommended after-facial care for my sun-damaged skin but there was never any hard-selling of products or even packages. totally professional and my face has never felt so clean and fresh before. it looked like i had new skin when the facial was done. she did such a good meticulous job that i left her a 25% tip. the lady boss was very friendly and professional too. i would say the service and the facilities are better than 5* hotel spa standards for the price. not your average beauty salon but not intimidating at all. professional, clean, affordable and accessible.

Been to quite a few facial places but had an entirely new experience here at pamper room. Staffs were professional and honest. I love the fact that they pride in what they do, and they ensure that my skin improves everytime I come in for a facial. They do not upsell u anything unless they deem it is highly recommended for your skin which I appreciate. 🙂
