I had an appointment for today at 3pm and I arrived at 2:55 pm. I was greeted and asked to take a seat by the door she’ll be right with me. The client before still sitting with foils in, at the sink. At 3:10 pm she then asked me to sit her chair. She looked at my hair went through the inside asking if I liked the color and would like to match my foils to what I already have. I said yes. She then proceeded to inform me she running behind and I would have to wait 30 minutes. So then I asked if I could reschedule. She offer it’s only 30 minutes. But I had already waited 10 minutes. So she would be taking me at 3:40 from a 3:00 o’clock appointment. So I said reschedule. Then to find out she does not work Saturday and her last appointment is at 3pm. **Recommendations if your running behind call your clients and let them know before they arrive.** So no reschedule and I will find a new salon that better fits my schedule and can accurately hold appointments.

Company is by far the worst ppl ever. Very disrespectful. I made a reservation for my best friend to get a facial done. FOR HER BIRTHDAY!!!!! I called to make a reservation yesterday 4/15/2022z and they told me the lady (hailey) I believe was supposed to call me so I can pay for my best friends facial.. I’ve waited all day thinking ok maybe she’s busy and she’ll call tomorrow morning.. Never received the phone call. They Called my best friend this morning and lied to her and told her I blocked the number so she couldn’t call me to pay for the facial. I was waiting all day yesterday. So they got cussed out. Then she texts me and said “I do apologize I called the wrong number” and they “ couldn’t” squeeze her in today cause they are busy. So instead of verifying the correct number she proceeded to tell my best friend that I blocked the number. Very unprofessional and I would never send anyone there.

This was my first visit and I am pleased. My hair came out a bit darker than I’m used to but I believe it’ll lighten. If not we’ll adjust the formula next time. The cut is perfect! And the price was great! I’ll be going back to see Karen!

I have been coming here for years. The whole experience is consistently excellent. The receptionist is always so sweet and she can’t do enough as far as serving coffee, snack, etc. Karen, the salon owner, is my hair stylist. My hair always looks amazing and I get numerous compliments on my style and color. The prices are extremely reasonable. The atmosphere is so relaxing and serene. The salon is also excellent with kids. The stylists always make the experience so fun for my kids (ages 8 and 9). I highly recommend this place!
