I was in town to participate in a sporting event this past June. After driving, I felt I needed to find a massage therapist. I’ve been getting massages and chiropractic adjustments regularly for about 4 years, but had not had a massage or an adjustment in about 3 months. I searched on Google and found high reviews for the Palladian Day Spa.

Do not recommend, the salon was never open during the hours listed on Facebook and Google site. I could never get in contact to schedule services, the phone number and email listed never would respond back. My mom bought not just one, but two 100$ gift certificates that were not redeemable on the day we went to schedule our services. The receptionist gave me the run around and was very rude then admitted to there business handing out false and personal certificates. The owner was contacted by receptionist and said she would not honor the gift certificates that my mother bought at her business at the front desk!

It was a pretty good experience. My therapist was professional & personable. The only complaint i have is that they don’t give you water afterwards. Every massage place I’ve been to that is the norm. My understanding is the water helps because of the release of toxins that occur after the massage.

My boss blessed me with an eyelash appointment for my birthday. I had to miss and THIS BUSINESS CALLED MY WORKPLACE to reschedule. I show up to my appointment and I’m told they don’t have my appointment in the books. (Mind you I missed my shift just to show up.) The receptionist supposedly goes to the back to speak with the lash tech, comes back and apologizes. She says that the lash tech will do whatever it takes to make it right and even stay late the following week. This was verbatim. My appointment was for March 24th. I never got a call back. The workers were snotty. I guess if you don’t drive a Benz, you will not get served. I will be back soon to give them a piece of my mind.

Yes Jody is the Nail Tech that did my Mani/Pedi, I truly enjoyed it she made me feel so comfortable as if we knew each other it was my first time visit, I’ve already been back for a pedi refresh . Atmosphere was nice

I agree on the massage therapy!! Myself and my friend were referred to Jennifer by our boss, and she is a fantastic massage therapist! I had never received a massage before, so I had a good number of knots in my back. She had absolutely no problem with relaxing my muscles and I feel incredible now! Definitely recommend this place for its massages ❤️❤️❤️

I was recommended by The Granny Taxi about this place for massage therapy. I looked into several other places and this one seemed to be the best choice, and man was I right! I was able to make an appointment for Saturday at 3pm (called that same morning). The lady I spoke with was very pleasant. She even called back to let me know an earlier slot has opened up in case I wanted to come in earlier. I booked a 2 hour massage and the price was amazing.

Best spa in town! Being military and new to town, I went there for a haircut 12years ago based on a neighbor’s recommendation. Fantastic staff, great atmosphere and they make me feel like family. Now there’s four of us going to Palladian, and we won’t go anywhere else!
