I went over there & talked to the hairstylists Cassidy. She said she would start doing my hair. She even shared how she would do the color & the ✂️ cut. She told me to call in August. I was given the wrong # to reach her. So, I called the # @ the salon to try to talk to someone. I left messages & no one returned my call. This was disappointing & frustrating. The answering machine doesn’t even say This is the Palace Salon. It says: this is the general mailbox. After leaving several messages I gave up. It would have been cordial to even get a call stating she has changed her mind about doing my hair. At least I would have known the deal & go elsewhere.

After a long year as a single mom, I finally had a free Saturday so I exchanged an oil change groupon for a facial. I then decided to book a haircut while I was there. My skin feels amazing! Megan did a wonderful job with my hair. She was friendly and listened to what I wanted, giving me an updated look without pressure to do something different or purchase products.
