My husband and I get our hair cuts done by Daniel at The Palace Barbershop and he does an excellent job. We tried a few places before and the look we wanted seemed to never come out right, but Daniel gets it right every time. He is professional and a good guy. The crew is on point with their cuts and will have you laughing the entire time you’re there. You honestly can’t beat this customer service I PROMISE you… you don’t know what kind of cut you want? Go in! They’ll sit with you and come up with a cut and style FOR YOU. I’ve never been disappointed with a cut from these guys. You want it? they will deliver! I promise you!

I had made an appointment on Tuesday for Saturday to have my husband and toddler get their haircuts. ( 11am &11:30am) When having a child under the age of 2 or any young child schedules and timing is everything, it can mean having a calm and cool baby to a child that is screaming and crying. This particular visit went horrible wrong at 11:30am we were still not seated. My husband now had to choose between going to his eye doctor appointment or to get his haircut as he would of had to be done by 11:45 to make it there on time, which if everything went as schedule there would not have been an issue. He choose to reschedule his doctor appointment. Its now 11:45 and they finally try to get my toddler in the chair for his cut. He is tired and agitated at this point. We try a few times to calm him down with no success, we decided to stop trying as we don’t want to make getting his haircut a traumatic experience. Luckily because my husband had drove their separately I was able to leave with our son and go home. So, now i drove 25 minutes one way to basically have to come back home without a haircut. I am so disappointed with this visit as i wasted 1.5 hours of my time for nothing. My family will not be returning as we need a business that holds true to their appointments and respects their customers time.

This is an amazing place. Clean, fast, and a place you feel welcomed. Guys I’m telling you its a perfect place to unwind and when you leave, you leave with a smile and confidence. I get my hair and beard done by Danny and its spot on every time. My first time there three cuts ago I had no clue what to get. I left with what my girlfriend and sister even say is “the best hair cut youve ever gotten!”. They also have drinks and snacks. And the price is awsome. Found my spot for sure. I have not seen one person leave without an amazing cut by any of the staff.

This barber shop is all about great prompt service with a crew of talented young barbers who take the time to talk to you and find out what you want and execute. I liked the vibe and atmosphere very easy going bunch who laugh and talk with customers which is refreshing. Definitely recommend.

I live maybe 3 mins away. And didn’t know about this hidden gem. A barbershop is typically a male environment, as a female I felt welcomed. The atmosphere in this shop felt like I was hanging with friends. Awesome barbers. Very personable. Welcoming. Patient. And they LISTEN to what you want for your haircut. Already booked my next appointment.

I’ve had some great cuts here, that much is for sure. However, I do NOT appreciate my time not being valued. I do NOT appreciate receiving a text at 9pm the night before my 9am appointment from my barber asking if I will reschedule because he “totally forgot that I have to bring my girl to work.” That is just so incredibly unprofessional. And I felt like he didn’t even want to try to save the appointment despite the fact I told him I was crunched for time and also getting ready for a wedding. And then when I said I would have to go somewhere else, he just apologized and he said he hoped I enjoy my week… it’s too bad, because this has left such a sour taste in my mouth that I won’t return even though I live within walking distance. I’d rather travel where I feel valued. There’s no shortage of great barbers in the capital region…
