Staff was friendly, salon was clean, nail techs did a great job. My one complaint is we had a made an appointment at 3:00 for 2 manicures for my daughter and her friend. We arrived 5 min early, but we had to wait until 3:30 for them to get started. This was our first time here so I don’t know if this happens a lot or not, but this was a major frustration since we were on a schedule.
