Positive: Cleanliness, QualityJen Sessions did my hair today she fixed it up good! I had a banded ombre that needed help. I wanted a balayage and to go more blonde. When my dark top half didn’t lift as well Jen took the time to try lifting it again bc she didn’t want me to leave with messed up hair. She actually conversed with me about what was going on the whole time, she considered my input, and we went from there. When my dark top half didn’t lift as well Jen took the time to try lifting it again bc she didn’t want me to leave with messed up hair. She actually conversed with me about what was going on the whole time, she considered my input, and we went from there. My hair is midlength. I asked for a simple bob with long layers. It was left too long in front with one side longer than the other and not nearly the same layering in front as the back. I went back after a couple days of having my front too heavy to work with and it falling in my face and asked for a few more layers to be put in. Instead I ended up with the front of my hair chopped above my ear and overly textured on one side and the other side still too long and heavy. I definitely would never recommend this salon or go back! Don’t even know how to fix this mess without a pixie cut!!
