The owner/operator of this salon has many years experience and knows her products. She knows how to color hair. I went to this salon for approximately 14+ months with no complaint about the service I received. My complaint is the “bait and switch” approach regarding her ever-changing pricing! During my 1st visit, I requested a quote for “Everything” (Hair cut, gray coverage, low & highlights, and toner). The price was $165 for “everything”. The next time I went I assumed the price would be the same so I didn’t ask. When I went to pay, the price was now $170++, the next time $175++, the next time $180++, the next time $185++ (shame on me for not asking each time but the price increase was so little, I thought it fairly insignificant) and the last and final straw (last week) she decided to charge me $204!!! Cost of product couldn’t have gone up that much within 12 months. With the exception of one time, I always had “everything” done, but the owner always claimed that I didn’t………..I would make sure you ask EACH TIME how much it is going to be BEFORE you sit in the chair. There are several other Organic salons in Sarasota. I will be using one of them.
