I have not had my hair professionally cut in 9 years because the prices are so high for long hair and the stylist harasses you about what products you use. I had actual fire damage (fireplace) and I need help. So many recommended Amy so I took a shot… and I have to so she is wonderful. Amy is amazing! I have not had my hair professionally cut in 9 years because the prices are so high for long hair and the stylist harasses you about what products you use. I had actual fire damage (fireplace) and I need help. So many recommended Amy so I took a shot… and I have to so she is wonderful. She is down to earth, sweet, funny, and she made my hair feel and look so pretty again. All the ladies there were like family and they make you feel right at home.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityAmy needs to go back to cosmetology school. she showed up 34 minutes late. that’s when i should’ve left. i told her i wanted my hair right below my shoulders. she started cutting and i was on my phone and look up and my hair is cut above my chin. she blamed me and said that i shouldn’t of been looking down. and told me “obviously i wasn’t paying attention to your head being down i don’t know how many other ways i can say that”… she never apologized or even seemed like she cared. she finished the last layer of my hair below my shoulders and the back of my head is even longer. so basically i have 5 different lengths going on in my hair and had to go to another salon to get it fixed. my first hair nightmare.
