Critical: ProfessionalismMy wife came here a few times and she was pretty happy with the service.Just recently she went back to get the dip powder removed and the lady removing the manicure burned her finger nails! Even after she said that it was hurting her the lady continued to keep it for longer and burned more finger nails of hers.On another occasion, the lady was really rude throughout the manicure. Despite her rudeness, I gave a tip and she said that the tip wasn’t enough and I needed to give more. My wife came here a few times and she was pretty happy with the service.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI came here because my usual nail lady at another place was sick. I asked for ombre inspired design with powder gel knowing it would be hard to do. However, they said “no problem! We can do it!” As soon as the lady started, she was rushing to get me out of the door and worked carelessly. My nails looked horrendous. Even the ones with solid color had powder all around my nail beds. I came home and my 12 year old sister was laughing at me!! I came back 1 hour later, argued for a partial refund, and got it, so I guess I had more luck than the other reviewers here. However, one of the ladies started yelling at me and told me to call the police if I have a problem?? I strongly urge whoever considers coming here to LISTEN to the poor reviews. I came here because my usual nail lady at another place was sick. I asked for ombre inspired design with powder gel knowing it would be hard to do. However, they said “no problem! We can do it!” As soon as the lady started, she was rushing to get me out of the door and worked carelessly. My nails looked horrendous. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went for my colored gel on my hands and I asked Mr. if I could do the of my feet because it was late and he answered yes, I said to him : then I will do them, Wendy arrived and wanted to put the Gel color on top of which was about to fall, if you want new gel color, then you will have to came back because it is late and we have to go to home , but she said to me very angry but you have left them sensitive and you would have told me before doing that! she yelled at me: don’t you understand that we have to go to home? Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueWorst service I have ever experienced. They messed up my nails and refused to redo them or give me a refund. The owner caused an entire fight in the store with customers and were overall beyond horrible.

I go up to pay and I said I will give a 5$ tip to the first lady and they forced me to pay more money they said no ! You have to pay more ! I said no thank u and he took my card and charged me his amount !
