The business does not even deserve 1 star. Walked in and the woman at the front looked at me like I was scorn – I’m black as well. I figured that’s how she looked. Anyway, she was not friendly at all – she was just plain rude. Tried to have a conversation and she didn’t even look at me. Asked for suggestions, and she said it’s what I want – did not even look interested. When she was finished, she proceeded to walk to the back and told me the guy at the front will take my payment. I walked out of there and didn’t even tip. She did not deserve it. If you are in the service business, you need to be pleasant towards your customers. Would not recommend to anyone.

I was happy until recently. I was there on Sunday January 12th. Today is Wednesday January 15th and this is how my nails look. The polish started to chip the next day. Very unacceptable! I deserve a refund.

I saw this place recommended by neighbors on the Lumberton 08048 Facebook page so I gave them a try. When I walked in the man behind the counter was okay at first, but as time went on he became more rude. I had to pick a color four times because he didn’t have the color I picked from the ring of nail chips. He would come back with a different color that I didn’t like so I would pick again and again he wouldn’t have it so I had to pick again. It was ridiculous! So it seemed that he was getting short tempered because we could not land on a color that I liked but I was picking from the colors that his salon supposedly offered! I did not feel welcome there and I never returned. Honestly I don’t even remember how my nails looked when I left – they had disturbed my peace. Should I put up with bad service and also pay you for it? No thanks, I’ll go someplace else.

That is just completely unfair and you’re not thinking about how detrimental that review could be to this business, especially during COVID times where businesses rely on reviews. I’ve been coming here since 2019 and absolutely love it! Lee takes such good care of me and always goes above and beyond! I get a spa pedicure and dip nails and they both last for easily 4-5 weeks! They’re flexible with scheduling and always make me feel so welcomed. Amy is amazing! Absolutely love it here. I had an issue once, but Amy fixed it for me. Would recommend them. Super clean and I love how they are spacing appointments through the pandemic so it’s not crowded. I feel really comfortable coming here to get my nails done and love the selection of colors as well.
