I’d never write a bad review but not a clean place, took over an hour just to remove polish and do a scrub. I had two people jump back and forth to my pedicure and sat there with no one doing them for a bit. After over waiting an hour I got up and asked to just be charged for the removal and what was done because I couldn’t sit there much longer…48 dollars I was told and could come back and finish. I said I wasn’t coming back but was charged the full price anyway.

Such a great experience!! All the employees are so nice, and helpful during your services! I got a Swedish massage from Andy, who is so fantastic at getting those tough knots out, and the place is super clean, and just such a fabulous and relaxing experience when you visit. My powder gel manicure, and golden spa massage was also amazing!! Will definitely come back when I’m in the area!

Actually I was worried after what we had gone thought after the pandemic, I bought my own tools along without expecting they hander my tools very professionally, me and my mom was impress by this, we had the organic spa pedicure today, they really use good quality stuff and it come with foot massage, we was very relax during the foot reflexology given the Tony & Steve both of them are very experience, after we had our nails nicely painted, we asked to another back massage and we was so happy, the quality of the service was excellent , friendly staff, happy that we come to the right place, we are coming back with our friends soon . Love It ! Highly Recommended 🙂 🙂 🙂 !!!

I have been a Southampton resident for over 30 years and have to say this is the best salon I’ve been to out East. To start, the salon is extremely clean, which to me is very important. The owners are adept and lovely, sweet and always go the extra mile in any service they provide. Very relaxing environment. They are very accommodating for last minute appointments, and they always have a smile. Do not hesitate to go!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy sister and I went for a set of acrylic nails at 12:45 in the afternoon. We had made an appointment and they were expecting us. We got there at 12:30 and they took us immediately however, I sat for a good hour before they even as much as looked at me. After a bit a guy came to check my nails and began filing my nails. As he was filing my nails he was being so rough that he literally broke my nail in half down through the nail bed. It was extremely painful. All He said “oops” and then left. They finished my sisters nails and then she moved onto mine. Leaving my sister to sit and wait for me to get mine done. My sister showed them what she wanted for paint and it was just a simple faded ombré. But they claimed that they couldn’t do that and just pained all her nails one color. On to my paint now. After they burned me multiple times with the glue and tried fitting a nail over my broken nail bed she began painting my nails. However, she messed up so many time and kept wiping the paint off that I told her forget the gel and just give me the normal paint because she was obviously struggling with the gel paint. By the time we finished it was 5pm and I had to pay 200$ For a mediocre nail job.
