I don’t get my nails done often so it’s a special occasion when I do, which means it’s something I’m really looking forward to, so that was a bit of a bummer. And there was a large black speck left in my thumb nail, but I didn’t bother to ask them to redo it. A decent gel manicure, but not the best I’ve had. I felt a bit rushed when I was trying to choose a color and communication with the tech was challenging. I don’t get my nails done often so it’s a special occasion when I do, which means it’s something I’m really looking forward to, so that was a bit of a bummer. And there was a large black speck left in my thumb nail, but I didn’t bother to ask them to redo it. Overall the place was cute and for the price I can’t complain too much, since I usually pay double at other salons.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt was my first time coming here to try a new place. The website was very nice and the pics looks so good so I thought, it might be a great nail salon to start going to. However, to my dismay, the service was not great at all and definitely not worth the price. The nail technician who took care of my pedicure seems to be inexperience. She asked me which pedicure package do I want and I chose the tropical pedicure which I thought will be better but it seems like it was just the same as the express pedicure. My daughter was with me and even she noticed how there’s no difference between what she for which was the express one. I have been to several nail spas and this one definitely is the worst. The tech’s doesn’t seem to have good skills, especially in terms of the nail colors and designs. The pictures in the gallery is definitely just pics they got from other websites. It was very disappointing. The package says foot massage but all I felt was rubbing. The pedicure definitely looks disgusting.. to think I paid that much money for something that a toddler could have done. Then I’m guessing the tech who did my pedicure can’t do dip powder and designs as well so she lied to me and told me someone else will take care of my manicure because she has an appointment, but all those time I’m getting my manicure done, she was walking around the nail salon until I was finished. She was even sitting next to the nail tech doing my nails probably waiting for a tip. But since it’s Christmas I just went ahead and gave a big tip even though they don’t deserve it. It was my first time coming here to try a new place. The website was very nice and the pics looks so good so I thought, it might be a great nail salon to start going to. A full set is advertised as $30 (picture below of pricing and Manager Alice finally removing old signage because I decided to leave a review) but insisted I pay a different price because the pricing went up 2 months prior but she never got around to changing it within the shop or online. I was here last month and that wasn’t even stated either. Times have changed, I get it but this is an error on the businesses behalf not mine. Nail shop is great and I loved my services! Clean, masked up correctly and everyone is nice! The manager Alice however is weird and unprofessional.
