Nov 21 received a call at 4:40 pm (less than 24 hrs before appointment) advising that the outdoor space was not available due to construction and that we would be in a room with a view of the lake. Then 5 mins later received another call asking us to move our appointment time again. Our services the next day were OK and not what we were hoping they would be. We could here people talking, we heard the construction and they consistently slid a wooden stool over the wooden floor, the one massage therapist actually tripped over the stool. As soon as we got into the room there was pressure to upgrade services. Overall was not the relaxing and calming experience we were looking for.

Wonderful day at the OM Spa. Special birthday treat from my son. I have had alot of Spa treatments and OM SPA was right up there. They honored everything my son had purchased. By the way, sitting area was very nice and comfortable. Staff was amazing for each procedure I had done.
