I have been going to Old Adobe for six years and the people are terrific. I recommend it to all my patients and am always pleased with the colors, cuts and styling that I get from Libbie. Libbie is especially focused on delivering what you want !! I also recommend amazing Alicia who has her own office in the back of the studio. People love the owner Andrea who runs the shop and has excelled in keeping her team happy for many years. Finally you want to know about Fernando who is the go-to barber in Los Gatos. He has a busy calendar with men who have been returning for years!! Go Old Adobe for results that flatter!!

I called and wanted to ask a question of the owner. The person who answered, was very short with me. They hung up after saying call back tomorrow, thats it. Just hung up on me. Very bad and unprofessional. I am posting this because I am also a small business owner, and would want to know that this is happening. We have covid ,and businesses cannot afford to have these things happening. TURNED OFF. I won’t call back as I felt bothersome. On to a shop that will take the time to care about the people who actually keep their doors open. Yes the Customer. Important stuff.
