My in store experiences have always been great and the staff seems patient and determined, they could definitely do a lot better with the greeting. But when I order it online and it’s at my door 24-48hrs later ….words can’t express the excitement I felt coming home from work today . They have a huge selection of scents to choose from and they put the mixed ingredients on the jar which is great because I tend to freestyle with scents, then pray to the Scent Gods(hahaha) that I did a good job. Lastly, On my order receipt, some beautiful person always writes in ink “Enjoy” with a little smiley face underneath. Its the little things for me.
