Positive: Professionalism, QualityI called the morning before a big trip and needed to get in for a facial desperately. There weren’t any open appointments, but the receptionist (I can’t remember her name), was amazing and called me back when there was a cancellation so I could get in. Once I got there the owner Ronica did my facial and she was fantastic. She took her time and explained all the steps and how they would help with my issues. She gave me some great suggestions for my home routine and I will definitely be using her going forward. I called the morning before a big trip and needed to get in for a facial desperately. There weren’t any open appointments, but the receptionist (I can’t remember her name), was amazing and called me back when there was a cancellation so I could get in. Once I got there the owner Ronica did my facial and she was fantastic. She took her time and explained all the steps and how they would help with my issues. Bottom line – it’s worth it. I’ve been going here since September 2017 and travel from San Pedro, CA. OC is definitely the go to spot for relaxation and wellness. They provide world class services and the owner, Ronica is very skillful and knowledgeable to your specific concerns or needs. I’ve gotten massages, facials and permanent makeup. I’ve used their infrared sauna. There are others services OC provides that I’ll be making an appointment for. This spa is a one stop shop for me :).

GO TO TIFINI FOR ALL YOUR SKIN CARE NEEDS! i am EXTREMELY particular about the way i like my eyebrows. people always make them too thin or uneven and it drives me nuts. tifini listened REALLY closely to the way that i wanted my brows done, repeated back to me what she heard, and made sure every step of the way that she was doing what i wanted and they look PERFECT! i have also been to her for my brazilian wax and she worked quickly and thoroughly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. plus, her facials are great because you can tell that she REALLY knows her stuff and really enjoys making people glow, which i appreciate. overall, she has always been the perfect balance between professional and friendly.
