I’ve been going to Ariel for years and highly recommend her! She’s easy to talk to and very in tune with which areas need what type of work. I used to not get massages because I was so ticklish but I found Ariel and she does a great job making me feel comfortable. She’s now located by Super Target and the space is beautiful. Last time I was in, I had a massage with Ariel and a mini facial with Chris (both of which were wonderful) and then I walked across the parking lot to Target. It was the perfect combination for a relaxing afternoon.

This new space is beautiful and full of natural light.I know she keeps her space clean, and it’s very private, so I felt safe going during the pandemic. I was referred by a coworker because I had a pinched nerve in my back. Ariel was able to fit me in right away and the massage was able to give the relief I needed, but was also very relaxing! I’m very particular when it comes to getting a massage from someone new, but I highly recommend Knots Kneaded and will definitely be back!!!

Ariel was awesome! She is very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. She just moved into her new location on 40th Street and the space feels fresh and inviting. I plan to go back on a regular basis. One unexpected thing Ariel did was email my chiropractor about my healthcare moving forward which I love. Highly recommend her!

One of the few places for massage I return to. I deal with constant back pain and also severe migrains. Ariel worked well with me to help with the migraine and in response to which areas helped. She also responded and preformed very well when I asked for more work on some extra heavy deep tissue work.

I was due for a good therapeutic massage. Jay did a great job working out the stress and tightness in my muscles and even some I didn’t realize I had. I liked that he gave me a couple of stretches to do at home too! The shop is super clean with a pleasant atmosphere. I really appreciated Jay’s positive attitude. I look forward to going back!
