I had a pinched nerve in my neck that was getting worse and worse. Luckily, Ms Kimberly was able to see me the next day. The massage made it so that I could stand comfortably again and do my daily activities. I liked the cooling rub that she used as well. The facility was clean, safe, and comfortable and Ms. Kimberly’s manner is also professional and welcoming. She diligently worked on the pinched nerve area and I felt pretty much immediate relief from the acute pain and stiffness. She even suggested some daily stretches to help me avoid having neck pain in the future. After about a week I feel like it’s vastly improved. I will definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you!

I’ve been to this location several times. I keep coming back(4 times so far) the people are always professional, the place is very neat and clean and the massages I get here are wonderful!! I’m never disappointed when I leave here. I’ve seen Annette and Nomi and both do excellent work. Thank you ladies for always making me feel refreshed and renewed when I leave there.

Definitely a good massage. And my therapist(I think it was nomi, I’m not great with names) she seemed to know what she was doing. If I had one critique to improve, it would be that I she didn’t specifically check in with the pressure, which I for me is helpful the 1st time I see a therapist since I’m slow to speak. Pressure was still decent tho. I’ll go back again. Great techniques and I love the reception area!

My 1st time ever getting a message was last year on my 29th birthday!! I was so excited because it was something that I have been wanting to do for a long time. I didn’t know what to expect. I had Ms. Nomi and she was very good. Asked me if I was okay and everything. I also love the fact that they have heated tables instead of heated blankets like some places my friends have told me about. The room smelled so good and I love the whole vibe of the place as well. My overall experience was great and this is my go to place to get a message. And the prices are very reasonable to me!!!! Also I just had a pregnancy message last Saturday and it was wonderful. I had the chance of getting Ms. Nomi again and she made me feel so relaxed once again. I will be going again in May for my self care mother’s day weekend and I already can’t wait.

So I scheduled an appointment and I forgot the address so I called. They told me where it was gonna be and I went here. When I got here I couldn’t find it so I called again and Kim I think her name was told me I was at the wrong spot. So since it was not really my fault. I asked if I could come now. She told me no she has plans. So I am out of gas money and a hour and a half of my time. I do get my money back she said. Well I hope that is true. I really was looking forward to this massage. But everything happens for a reason and this to shall pass. I will update to let everyone know if I got my $75 back. It is $150 for a deep tissue massage. Good deal. But bad business ethnics. I did get my $75 back. Ugh I feel like it would have been amazing if I was not led a stray.

I booked a deep tissue massage with the only person available (Nomi) and essentially received a very gentle lotion application session instead, even after repeated requests for additional pressure. There was zero depth. The only logical explanation would have been if she delivered a Swedish massage by accident, but I was charged for a deep tissue massage at the end either way… I was notably upset at this point, and Nomi failed to even acknowledge this or offer anything to improve the situation, demonstrating substandard customer service. I just really wish I could go back in time and spend this money on literally anything else, or on nothing.The two stars are for my friend highly recommending a deep tissue massage from April (who was unfortunately unavailable on my birthday) and for the establishment seeming clean and professional.
