I’ll give this place a zero if I could. I don’t want to speak about every stylist here but the one I got was rude and arrogant. From the moment I sat on the chair he had an attitude, did not listen to a word I said about how I wanted my hair, ended up cutting them totally different from the picture of me I showed, when I told him that we went too short, he said NO ! I DID exactly what you wanted ! I showed him the picture again, and he refused to acknowledge that what he did was different, said extremely rudely that this is exactly what I did ! I did not want to argue so I went and paid for the haircut but did not tip him because I was not happy ! He yelled at me as I was walking out saying go find another barber !!! For $50 men’s haircut this was auto off !!

Usually go to their Brookfield location but Sarah, my usual barber and owner, was at this location when I was able to make an appointment. Very nice space and pretty easily accessible. Everyone I’ve met at either location has been good people. I’d recommend them, and have, to anyone. Got a beard trim only this time and as usual it turned out great. Also love the ease of using their website to make my appointments. Like I said great people, great place, and great cuts. 5 stars for sure.
