Love this place! I’ve been twice this year and their massage therapist really do great work. They use various techniques that are different than most massage locations. I love the audio waves and boho decor. My only recommendation is to change the sound effects (thunder, rain, waves, birds, wind, rain forest, etc) and have different selections so people can receive different forms of relaxation via sound. Gives then something new to look forward to by chance upon each visit.

Well the ambience is certainly impressive. Once you are in there, your senses are completely immersed in the calming ambience, scent, and sou ds of the ocean. So in terms of production, it is definitely an experience. With that said, I requested for a deep tissue massage and unfortunately my masseuse did not have the ability to apply the required pressure to qualify for a deep tissue massage. Considering the pricey tag, the massage was just alright. Also my wife had the Fresh Eyes enhancement service and her they couldn’t even apply it properly since it kept falling and sliding off her face.

I hosted my friends bachelorette party and wanted to start the day off with massages for all the girls. The NOW Massage was so great! They were very helpful when planning the event and made the time for the girls so easy and relaxing. Plus the place was so unique on the inside – not your typical massage parlor look and feel. Emily W is next level, 10/10! I generally don’t go in for a massage until I’m in pain and it was a last minute schedule for deep tissue and let me tell you she delivered! She has a beautiful energy about her, she read the tension and knots and worked them out, and overall was an incredibly relaxing and relief filled session. Post massage she articulated more surrounding my trouble areas and gave great suggestions and follow up advice. Aside from a great masseuse, the ambiance and vibe of the facility was fabulous. The staff at front desk were equally lovely. I will be back and would highly recommend…only regret is not getting a longer massage!

Had a great first time experience at the NOW. The main lobby is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, the staff were all so kind and friendly, and to top it off it was one of the best massages I’ve had in a very long time. The surround sound of waves in the back was magical, it really feels like you’re on the beach somewhere. Can’t recommend them enough and can’t wait to go back!

The spa is absolutely stunning. I requested a deep tissue massage and I don’t believe that the masseuse I was with was the best for the service that I expected. I regularly get deep tissue massages and his pressure was simply firm for me and too quick for my liking. I had really hoped to fall in love with the space, but this first visit did not win me over. I believe front desk, as well as staff, should understand from client perspective how pressures work. Especially in an area like Naperville.

This place is amazing — what a little sanctuary! It’s clean, staff is super friendly, and the whole place smells incredible. Elizabeth is truly unparalleled. I’ve had a few massages in my life but feel like this was my first REAL massage. She blew me away! Highly recommend and I can’t WAIT to go back.
