Critical: ProfessionalismI was looking for a stylist that would cut my daughters hair, after endless research since it is so hard to find a good stylist that can cut a straight line; The Noise Project seemed to be it. I checked out their Yelp reviews and Amber’s clean cuts caught my eye and I made my decision to go ahead and contact the shop. I sent her a text asking to schedule a cut for my daughter, and she replies asking how old my daughter was and what shape. I replied, and I got no text after. It’s pretty evident that a lot of stylist do not want to cut children’s hair which I can understand, do what makes you happy.However to ignore someone is wrong, I called the shop numerus of times and it would go straight to voicemail. I gave her three days to reply and I got nothing, so I reached out through their website and sent a message and long behold someone replied! She stated she had a “friend pass away” and that she wasn’t taking new clients at the moment…okay, I don’t want to be bias about her story but it just seemed like a cop out.
