Beware. They use gals fresh out of beauty school, with no experience, don’t tell you and charge full price you would pay in a nice salon with an experieced professional. The gel pedi was shoddy work, to say the least, the product was poor and began falling off within a week, I was shockingly told it was $45 and it seriously looked like a kindergartener hand painted the “artwork” as she didn’t have either the polish or stencils I specifically said I was looking for when I booked the appointments, I was traveling from a distance, which I also stated when booking the appointments. Afterwards I waited for the gal who I was booked with to cut my hair, she was late, hadn’t called the salon, so I called her. She “forgot” we had an appointment but would be right over she said and apologized. I only wanted a trim and she cut off approximately 3 inches of my length. I had to point out to her that she’d missed some pieces of my hair and it was uneven, with a few long strands visible, which she fixed. She was decent enough not to charge me full price since I had to wait for her but I wasn’t happy with the fact that she cut off much more than I wanted and expressed this to her. It isn’t good business, fair to the client or cool to take advantage of the good reviews you’ve gotten for being a wonderful hairdresser and knowingly doing this.

Trista is the best. She can make anything look beautiful. Always on time gets you in and out. Prices are great. I would highly recommend The Next Level Salon for all your needs of pampering.
