I came to my appointment with box dyed hair and a real fear of bleaching/lightening after a bad experience elsewhere from literally 15 years ago (yes that sounds silly but it was bad, sis). Let me start off by saying that i never write reviews especially bad ones but this was unacceptable. Let me explain, I came in to get my hair done by Jennifer. She was really helping me out by doing my hair before a photoshot . I was very greatful. Iv been also wanting to give this place a shot. she as a person was nice. She was only doing a root touch up and a cut. Once she started my roots and washing me she realized it was too dark…she went over them Again & after washing my hair still too dark. I look in the mirror and I am HORRIFIED !! I have been platinum blonde for 7 years and having a little yellow here or there doesn’t bother me BUT this ? No. She did not apologize NOT ONCE! she did not offer me any type of discount. I,PAID 65$ FOR THIS HOT MESS.,She scrambled to find me another stylist. I thought because they both worked at the same salon I’d get a discount but NOPE. The stylist was asking for 80$ to fix it. So a total of 145$ for a root touch up. I can not believe not only did I have to pay full price but nothing was done to help me. After seeing all these positive reviews I am very disappointed.
